Returns and Refunds:

GEMINIGAMER2 Mouse Grip Tape come with a 30 day warranty. If there is anything wrong with the product, please let us know and we will replace it for free.
All returns/refunds are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
A product is considered "shipped" at the moment a shipping label is created and is subject to restocking fee at that time.

If the product is damaged in shipping, please take pictures of the unit and the box and email us at hello@geminigamer2.com.
We will issue a return label for you right away. We will release a replacement unit at the time that you take the damaged product into the courier's office and have it scanned by their team.
